While Kaimori B. offers top quality swimwear and we hope you will adore your new purchase, we will gladly provide refunds and exchanges if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. Due to the personal nature of swimwear, we hope that you will understand that certain conditions do apply. We recommend that you purchase multiple sizes of the same style to try on when placing your first order with Kaimori B. We offer free return shipping on your first order only.

 

In order to receive a store credit with a free $5 credit or a full refund, returns must be received within 15 days of the delivery date. In order to receive a store credit or an exchange, the item(s) must be received within 60 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed and tags and liners must be attached for valid refund and/or exchange.

Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after item(s) have been received by Kaimori B. Store credit will be valid for one year and is redeemable online only. Free return shipping will be provided for returns within 5 business days of the delivery date. After 5 business days we can provide a return shipping label and the shipping total will be deducted from the refund/exchange amount. Please note that sale items that are 40% off or more are final sale.
